Excellent welcome.
Just waiting for the registration and check-in time, I was invited to sit in the room and I was offered a breakfast.
Fascinating structure, comfortable, clean, fantastic bed, very kind staff.

Getting a bit old. Double room deluxe was more 12sqm in size than 16-24sqm, as stated. However, I have never experienced a hotel anywhere in the world that charges 3 euros extra for a tea bag or a coffee capsule in the room.

Very disappointed with this stay experience, nothing provided with my VIP access, the internet connection is terrible even with extra hotspot, breakfast lack of options, and finally the hotel charge me 40 euros for 2 bottles of wines in the room without any visible sign or price list beside the bottle.
